Philip D. Rosin, 92, died.  He was the husband of Nathalie Rosin. Born in Hartford, he was the son of Morris and Minnie (Rosenbaum ) Rosin. During World War II he served in the Army Air Force as a military policeman. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Pamela Rosin and Mitchell Rosin an dhis wife Nadine; and his grandsons Daniel, Matthew, Benjamin.
