Harold Cohen, 80, of Windsor Locks, died March 5. He was the husband of Susan (Wright) Cohen. Born in Norfolk, Va. and raised in Rockville and East Hartford, he was the son of the late Louis and Fannie Cohen. In addition to his wife, he is survived by three children; and four grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brother, Gilbert Cohen and his sister, Elizabeth Shimkowitz.
