Joseph J. Kugler, Jr., of East Hartford, died Dec. 7. He was the husband of Lynn (Ackerman) Kugler. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Joseph J. and Mary (Sedorak) Kugler. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Michael (Linda) Raggo, Laurie (John) Nericcio, Kathy Kugler., Holly Mayer, and Susan (Tim) Wear.; six grandchildren. Sara Raggo, Marissa Giuliano, Taylor Giuliano, Lindsey Kugler, Nicholas Mayer, and Tracy Wear; and a sister, Joyce (Merritt) Wight.
