Sol Dubins, 89, of Bloomfield, formerly of Bayside, N.Y. and East Meadow, N.Y., died Oct. 23. He was the husband of Leah (Meisel) Dubinsky of Carmel, Calif. and the late Ida (Golden) Dubins. Born in New York, N.Y., he was the son of the late David and Tillie (Aronowitz) Dubinsky. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Enid Zangler of Bloomfield, and Arline (Barry) Welch of Delray Beach, Fla.; his grandchildren, Shara Berkowitz-Valte (Carlo), Brian (Kristen) Berkowitz, and Todd (Aylin) Berkowitz; and his great-grandchildren, Ean, Gabriel, and Ray Valte.
