Harriet S. Leibowitz, 83, of Hamden, Conn., died Feb. 8. She was the widow of Martin C. Leibowitz. Born in the Bronx, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Oscar and Goldie Ax. She is survived by her children, Steven Liebowitz and his wife Laurel, Kenneth Leibowitz and his wife Sandra, and Richard Leibowtiz and his wife Yesenia; her grandchildren, Jennifer Civetti and her husband Civetti, Brian Leibowitz and his wife Jill, Matthew Leibowitz and his wife Danielle, Kaitlyn, Jessica, Alexa, and Andrew Leibowitz; and her her great-grandchild, Aubrey Civetti.
