Florence (“Florrie”) Marcus Portnoy, 94, of West Hartford, died Sept. 7.She was the widow of Bruce Portnoy. She is survived by her children, Lisa, Michael  and his wife Susan, and Neil; her grandchildren, Olivia, Elizabeth, Andrew (Nicole), and Ben (Rachel); and her great-grandsons, Zach and Gabe. She was a member of Temple Beth El.
