Ralph R. Parker, 100, of Newington, died May 23. He was the husband of the late Ruth (Bartelt) Parker. He was the son of the late Bruno and Margarette (Stensch) Pakuscher. A Holocaust survivor, he was born and raised in Berlin, Germany. He was a survivor of the Auschwitz concentration camp, as well as the Todesmärsche, from which he was liberated by U.S. forces near Schwerin. He is survived by his son, Ron Parker and his wife Janice Merion; his grandchildren, Jessica and Graham Parker; and other family members. Throughout his life, he generously devoted time and attention to share his Holocaust experience with those who asked.
