Cecile (Ruttenberg) Fagan, 91, of Delray Beach, Fla., formerly of Hamden, died Oct. 31. She was predeceased by her husband Albert Fagan. Born in New Haven, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Bess (Lytell) Ruttenberg. She is survived by her children, Steven M. Fagan and his wife Susan, and Richard M. Fagan; her sister Estelle Stuart; her grandchildren, Megan, Aaron, and Alysha; and her great-grandmother of Jayde.
