Hartford’s Jewish historical society document’s history in the making

The Jewish Historical Society of Greater Hartford wants to document the historic times unfolding day by day. To do that, they are actively seeking materials from individuals, synagogues and/or other organizations that reflect Jewish life in Hartford’s Jewish community during this time of COVID, such as Zoom Seders, live-streaming Shabbat services, stocking up kitchen pantries, remote learning, distance socializing, or working in healthcare.

In addition to sending these materials to the Society, they ask that you consider submitting photographs or other items to the Connecticut Historical Society through this link: https://chs.org/covidinct-2/ Just respond to this email or contact us at jhsgh@jewishhartford.org.
