Special needs teens and volunteers had a blast at Rip Van Winkle Lanes in Norwalk one recent Sunday, when the Friendship Circle hosted an afternoon of bowling for group members and the buddies they are paired up with through the program. “This is our most popular program among the teenagers” said Malya Shmotkin, Friendship Circle director. “It gives them the opportunity to come hang out like any typical teen would want to, with their friends”.
