Ruth (Cohen) Sulkes, 99, of Wallingford, died June 2.  She was the widow of Irving Sulkes. Born in New Haven, she was a daughter of the late Barnett & Lena (Bruner) Cohen. She is survived by her children, Lynne (Joseph) Leone, Malcolm (Kathy) Sulkes, and Dr. Richard (Vicki Scott) Sulkes; her sisters Kay Gelman and Norma Smith; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was also predeceased by her siblings, Ida Nowick, Esta Bender, David, Max, and Abraham Cohen.
