John Robert Suisman died Sept. 9. Born and raised in West Hartford, he was the husband of Kathryn Lehman Suisman. He was the son of the late Edward and Etta Suisman. He is survived by his children, Lisa Parsons and her husband Ned, Carolyn Shaughnessy and her husband Sean, Stacey Keenan and her husband Matt, and Jennifer Suisman and her husband Jack Holmes; his grandchildren, Will and Charlie Parsons, Thomas and Emily Shaugnessy, Sam, Ned and Ellie Keenan; and his brother Richard.  He was also predeceased by his brother Michael.
