Joan Burman, 73, of Westport, died June 2. She was the wife of Richard Burman. Born in Bridgeport, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Blanche Miller. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sisters, Vivian Hyman and her husband Herbert Savitt, and Betsy Radler; her brother-in-law Morton Burman and his wife Diane; her nephews, Thomas Hyman and his wife Sally, John Hyman and his wife Merri, Edward Burman and his wife Ann, and Mitchell Burman, and their families; and her niece Allyson Kapadia and her husband Yazdi, and their family.
