Thirty thousand participants from the tri-state area are expected to join the Celebrate Israel Parade on Sunday, June 5, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m., marking the 63rd anniversary of Israel’s independence.  Among those marching up Fifth Avenue, cheered on by hundreds of thousands of spectators, will be groups from several Connecticut schools, including:
■ Bi-Cultural Day School (Stamford)
■ Carmel Academy (Greenwich)
■ Hebrew High School New England (West Hartford)
■ Westchester Fairfield Hebrew Academy (Greenwich)
