Harriet J. Shapiro, 69, of Bloomfield, died Sept. 28. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Aaron and Claire (Rose) Manaker. She is survived by her brother Burton L. Manaker and his wife Dahlia of Delray Beach, Fla.; and her nephews, Seth Manaker, Wade Manaker, Keith Manaker and Matthew Manaker, and their families.
