John M. Friedman, 66, of Roxbury, died on March 17. He was the husband of Judith Friedman. He was chairman of the Federation Foundation of the Jewish Communities of Western CT and vice president of the Federation of Western CT. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, David, Michael and Julia; his sister, Tonni Friedman of Middletown, N.Y. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Jane Friedman of Scarsdale, N.Y.
