The Jewish Federation of Western Connecticut has announced the launch of its new William and Audrey Walzer Enrichment Center this fall. The center’s first program, “New Beginnings: Finding Personal Meaning at Rosh Hashanah” will be held on Thursday, Sept. 28, 5-7 p.m.
According to the Federation, the goal of the new center is “to provide individuals and families of all ages and stages with educational, supportive and enriching programs and activities that strengthen individual and family identity, uphold Jewish values and positively impact the community at large.”
Programs include educational, cultural and movement-based children’s classes, teen activities, “mommy and me” classes and learning opportunities for adults.
