Mildred (Rosenstein) Lewis, of West Hartford, died May 23. She was the widow of Perry E. Lewis. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Anna (Cohen) Rosenstein. She is survived by her children, Howard P. Lewis and his wife, Mimi, of Cherry Hill, N.J., and Adrienne Lewis Charak and her husband Ken of Naples, Fla.; her grandchildren, Rachel Carlson and her husband Elliot, Jessica Charak, Deana Kaplan and her husband Jeffrey, and Keven Lewis and his wife Candice; and her great-grandchildren, Martin Charak Carlson, Ana Jane Carlson, Sylvie Kaplan, and Cecelia Lawrence. She was also predeceased by her son Stephan Lewis, husband of Debra.
