Hebrew School for Children with Special Needs

Circle of Friends Hunday School for children with special needs is accepting registrations for its September 2016 session. Led by Freida Hecht, the group will meet Sundays, 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. at Beth Israel of Westport/Norwalk 40 King Street. The school provides personalized one-on-one opportunities for children with special needs to grow spiritually. Teen volunteers develop meaningful relationships with students as they learn together through music, movement, art, stories, interactive learning groups, and role-play.

Circle of Friends is a volunteer organization that reaches out to children, teens and young adults with special needs and involves them in a full array of social experiences, homes visits and play dates. For more information: www.circleoffriendsct.org; (203) 293-8837, cof@circleoffreindsct.org.
