Abraham “Al” Weintraub, age 95 of Bridgeport, formerly of West Hartford, passed away on Monday, June 13, 2016 at his home. Mr. Weintraub was a son of the late Isaac and Anna Weintraub, and was pre deceased by his beloved wife, Sonia “Sonny” Weintraub. Mr. Weintraub was the retired CEO of Service Management Group and SSC. Survivors include his devoted children, Louise Linsky and her husband David of Easton, Robert Weintraub and his wife Carolyn of Easton, Joan Jones of Bridgeport, a brother, David Weintraub, his adored grandchildren, Scott Weintraub and his wife Nicole, Mark Linsky, Gregory Weintraub, Elisabeth Linsky, and by his cherished great-grandchildren, Sydney and Benjamin Weintraub. Mr. Weintraub was also predeceased by his brothers, Louis and Harold Weintraub. Services were held June 16 at Congregation B’nai Israel in Bridgeport, with interment following at B’nai Israel Cemetery in Fairfield.
