Celia Bederman Schwartz, 91, of Clearwater, Fla., formerly of New Haven and Woodbridge, died Jan. 5. She was the widow of Russell Schwartz. She was born in Lexington, Ky. She is survived by her children, Sandy Chinchar and her husband Scott, and Jesse Schwartz, and Stanley Schwartz and his wife Naomi; her grandchildren, Rebecca, Ezra, and Ben; and many nieces and nephews.
