Dorothy Savel Tulchin Kornfeld, 94, of Commack, N.Y., and formerly of West Orange, N.J., died Oct. 18. She was the widow of Henry Tulchin and Jerome Kornfeld. Born in Petersburg, Va., she was the daughter of the late Morris and Rose Savel. She is survived by her children, Barbara (Charles) Mann of Setauket, N.Y., and Elizabeth (John) Edelglass of Woodbridge; her grandchildren, Benjamin, Rachel, Jeremy and Yona Mann, Ruth Pearlstein, and Joshua and David Edelglass; her great-grandchildren, Matan, Orly, Ariella, Bella, Ruby, Louisa, Ezra, Eitan, Mae, Lev, Tahlia and Reya. She was also predeceased by her brother, Lewis Savel.
