Bernard (Bernie) A. Taub, 81, of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., formerly of Stamford, died June 18. He was the widower of Nancy Weissman. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was the son of Oscar and Lillian Taub. He served as a communications specialist in the U.S. Army in Germany during the Korean War. He was a member of Temple Israel in West Palm Beach. He is survived by his children, Bruce Taub and his wife Ellen of Brookline, Mass., and Deborah Evans and her husband William; his grandchildren, Sarah Taub, Lauren Taub and her husband Pascal Nittis of Los Angeles, Calif., Connor Evans, and Brett Evans of Amherst, Mass.
