Ruth (Jacoby) Teitelman, 89, of New Haven, died May 28. She was the wife of Samuel Teitelman. Born in Bridgeport, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Rose (Rosenbluh) Jacoby. She is survived by her children, Robert Teitelman and his wife Reesa Olins of West Hartford, Rona Teitelman of Berkeley, Calif., and Philip Teitelman of North Haven; and her grandchildren, Abby, Jodi, and Eli.
