Rakhil Shelom, D.D.S., 73, of Hoboken, N.J., died July 2. Born in the USSR, she was the daughter of the late Abraham and Bronya (Albert) Shelom. She is survived by her son, Michael Shelby of West Hartford; and her grandchildren, Nika and Ryan Shelby. WEINSTEIN MORTUARY
