Norma (Wittenstein) Rifkin has died. She was the widow of Samuel A. Rifkin. She is survived by her children, Harriet Fingeroth and her husband Rick of Newbury, N.H., and David Rifkin and his wife Joan of Woodbridge; her grandchildren, Tanya Goldstein and her husband Craig, Toby Weiser and her husband Andy, Ari Fingeroth, Tracy Nicholas and her husband Chris, and Amanda Chandler and her husband Dan; and her great-grandchildren, Joshua, Rachel, and Sarah Goldstein, and Samuel and Zoe Weiser.
