Yefim Knelev, 78, of West Hartford, died April 2. Born in Ukraine, he was the son of Peter and Sarah Knelev. He is survived by his partner Jane Bogush; his children, Stella and her husband Stan Talisman of Israel, and Igor Knelev and his wife Marina of Simsbury; his grandchildren, Eugene, Artur, and Miriam; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
