Mike and Lonnie (Holtman) Scheinblum of Miami, Fla. and Guilford will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary in New York City on July 6, having exchanged vows there fifty years ago.

Mike Scheinblum spent more than 45 years in the insurance business, as former director of risk management for Heublein & R.J. Reynolds, and Carnival Cruise Lines.  For many years, he also put his risk management expertise to work as a volunteer for the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and its affiliated agencies. Lonnie Scheinblum has been working side by side with her husband throughout his career.

World travelers, the Scheinblums will soon embark on an Amazon River cruise and will visit Machu Picchu in Peru.
