Harriet Ruth (Beck) Elukin, 84, of West Hartford, formerly of Highland Park, Ill., died Feb. 21. She was the wife of Edward Elukin. Born in Chicago, IL, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Jean (Katz) Beck. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son Jonathan Elukin of Bloomfield; and her grandson, Benjamin Elukin.
