Shirley Ann Neistat, 82, of West Hartford, died Dec. 10. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Sam and Mary (Smuckler) Neistat. She is survived by her brother, Leonard (Eleanor) Neistat of Boynton Beach, Fla. and her sister, Ruth (Alan) Whitman of Westlake Village, Calif.; her nieces and nephews, Mark (Julie), Laurie (Eby), Beverly (Jeffrey) Adler, and Jeffrey (Maritza); and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
