Philip Horowitz, 91, of Delray Beach, Fla. and Stamford, died Dec. 3. He was the widower of Martha. He is survived by his children, Richard (Teri) Horowitz of San Diego, Calif.,  Alan (Maria) Horowitz of Sherman, and David (Yvonne) Horowtiz of Stamford; 13 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; his companion Rosalyn Cohen of Delray Beach, Fla.; and his brothers, Isidore and Joseph and their wives. He was also predeceased by his infant son, Edward.
