More than 200 people had a chance to meet and greet Connecticut’s Democratic and Republican candidates running for the U.S. Senate at a political forum sponsored by Beth El Temple on Sunday, Oct. 28 in West Hartford. Moderated by Channel 30 political reporter Jeff Saperstone and presented in partnership with JFACT, JCRC, the Jewish Federation of Greater Hartford and the Connecticut Jewish Ledger, the presentation by each candidate was followed by a question and answer period…as well as a buffet breakfast and a chance to chat with the candidates up close and personal.
