Southern New England Jewish LedgerElizabeth “Libby” Kamaroff, 88, of West Hartford, died Oct. 25. Born in Philadelphia, Penn., she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Clara (Jainchill) Kamaroff. She is survived by her sister, Esther Lerner of West Hartford, and a nephew Neil Lerner.
