Dorothy Ratner, 98 of Atlanta, Ga., formerly of Trumbull, died July 30.  She was the widow of Arthur Ratner. Born in Wilkes-Barre, Penn., she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Yetta Friedland. She is survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren and other family members.
