Belle Wein, 97, of Fairfield, died May 27. She was the widow of Samuel. She was the wife of William “Bill” Wein and the widow of Samuel. She was the daughter of the late Samuel and Rebecca (Bernstein) Nadler. She was predeceased by her first husband Samuel. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Stanley Parker and his wife Beverly of Brookfield, Joel Martin Parker of Guilford and his friend Patricia Belby Tansey of Melbourne Beach, Fla., and Linda Kaplan and her husband Judge Jonathan Kaplan of South Windsor; her grandchildren, Stacey Olin (Eric) of Verona, N.J., Susan Price (Matthew), Scott Kaplan (Jen), and David Kaplan (Holly); her great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Sophie, Able, Olivia and Jacob; her sister Anne Kirban, and brother-in-law Louis Weintraub. She was predeceased by her sisters Lillian Weintraub, Jeanne Barbin, her brother Charles Nadler, brothers-in-law Omar Barbin, William Kirban, and sister-in-law Goldie Nadler.
