Elise Aftergut, 96, of New Haven, died June 22. She was predeceased by her husband Dr. Siegfried Aftergut. Born in Germany, she was a daughter of the late Rabbi Felix and Hannah Aber. She is survived by her children, Susan Feldman and David Aftergood; and her grandchildren, Raphael, Abby (Bernardo), Rebecca (Max), Sarah (Gudjon).
