Irving White, 98, of Worcester, Mass., died April 16 in West Palm Beach, Fla. Born in Lowell, Mass., he served his military time in England and the European theatre. After returning home from the military, Irving became a funeral director for the Perlman Funeral Home. He is survived by his wife, Selma (Cohen) White; his sister Charlotte Gross of Palm Beach Fla.; two children, Joel White and wife Ellen of Windsor, Calif. and Beth Ventura and husband Doug of Frederick, Md.; three grandchildren, Andrea (and husband Eric) of Seattle, Jordan of Newport Beach, and Matt (and wife Samantha) of Frederick; two great granddaughters, Olivia and Addison; a niece Brenda Geier (husband Dan); a nephew Howard Gross (wife Joan); and dozens of cousins.
