A native of West Hartford, Seltzer has worked for more than 45 years in the the arenas of development and fundraising arena. Her most recent position was as executive director of American Friends of NATAL: Israel’s Premier Trauma and Resiliency Center, where she has worked since 2019.  Prior to that, Seltzer served for seven years as the financial resource development director at the Jewish Federation of Greater Hartford after almost 30 years as a member of the staff and management team.  

Seltzer also serves on the boards of UConn School of Social Work and Ben Bronz Academy and is a member of the Mandell Jewish Community Center Development Committee.
