Thelma (“Tomi”) (Dolinger) Ratner, 93, of Windsor, Conn., died Feb.15. She was predeceased by her husband Jerome (“Jerry”) Ratner. Born in Scranton, Penn., she moved to Hartford with her mother Thelma in 1951. She was also predeceased by her brother Sheldon Dolinger and half siblings, Al Dolinger, Milton Dolinger and Rose Valenzo. She is survived by her children, Stuart Ratner and his wife Lori of Stamford, Conn., Lynn Buff of Rockville, Md., Eric Ratner and his wife Valerie of Fairfield, Conn., and Jeffrey Ratner and his wife Debbie of Avon, Conn.; 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
