Leonard Sobel, 94 of Bridgeport, Conn., died Saturday, January 21 at Jewish Senior Services in Bridgeport. He was the husband of Myrna Leah Sobel. Born in Bridgeport, he was the son of the late Sam and Rachel Sobel. After graduating High School, he honorably served in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his children, Carrie Holskin, Hydie Sobel and Erwin Melis, and Alan and Julie Sobel; his grandchildren Sam (Ariane), Josh (Leticia), Sara (Nick), Le’elage, Mosei, McKenna, and Mitchell; and his great-grandchildren Giovana and Olivia.
