Jack Yakerson, 93, of New Haven, died Jan. 1. He was the husband of Laura (Myers) Yakerson. Born in New Haven, he was the son of the late Simon and Esther (Lavita) Yakerson. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Amy Yakerson Long, Marcie Storch, and David S. Yakerson; and  his grandchildren, Benjamin, Ethan, Michaela, Barbara, Elliott, Jeremi and Jason. He was predeceased by his siblings, Abraham, Robert, Harry, Irving Yakerson and Sema Comen
