Marshall David Kalin, 75, died Nov. 26. He was the husband of Edith (Edie) Kalin. Born in Hartford, Conn., he was the son of the late Adelaide (Kaplan) and Jarvis Kalin. He was a member of The Emanuel Synagogue in West Hartford, Conn. for all of his life. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sister Sharon Parkman and her husband James Parkman of New York; his nieces, Caryn (Parkman) Burroughs and her husband Eric Burroughs of California, and Lori Parkman of New York; his grandnephew Jackson Burroughs; his aunts, Rhoda Kaplan of West Hartford, and Rita Kaplan of Massachusetts; and several cousins.
