Dr. Robert Dobrow of West Hartford, Conn., died Oct. 25. He was predeceased by his wife, Judith Bailey Dobrow. Born in New York, he was the son of the late Barnett and Minna Dobrow. He is survived by his children, Charlie, Nancy, and Bill; his grandchildren, Ben, Maddi, Julia, and Grace; his daughters-in-law, Lynn and Elizabeth; his brother, Alan; and his companion, Jean Meyer.
