Dr. Michael Jay Levine of Florence, Mass., formerly of South Hadley, Mass., died Oct. 30. He was the husband of Dr. Marilyn Lampert Levine. Born in New York City, he was the son of Martha and Jack Levine. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Naomi, Erica and Devorah; and his grandchildren, Jack, Connor, Helen, Maggie, Sophia, and Maya.
