Richard A. Greene, 75, of Worcester, Mass., died Nov. 11. Born in the Bronx, N.Y., he was the son of David G. and Marion P. (Rapfogel) Green. He is survived by his sisters, Bobby L. Spenadel and her husband Irving of Shrewsbury, Mass., and Carol S. Green of Israel; his nieces, Donielle C. Aaron, Shira D. Roberts, and Maya Erlich; and several grand nieces and nephews.
