Henri Jacques Schapira, 85, of New Haven, Conn., died June 22 at Yale New Haven Hospital. Born in Zurich, Switzerland, he was the son of the late Isador and Selma Schapira. He is survived by two sons, Jacques and Daniel Schapira; a sister, Irene Williams; his ex-wife and friend, May Sarno; and several nieces and nephews.
