Jacqueline H. Samwick (Jackie), 56, of Fairfield, Conn., died July 17. She was the wife of Joseph Tripodi. Born in Passaic, N.J., she was the daughter of Louis Harner of Norwalk, Conn., and the late Martin Samwick. She attended the Loomis Chaffee School in Windsor, Conn. and Sacred Heart University. She enjoyed spending time with her family, took great pride in being a mother, and greatly loved her dog Teddy. In addition to her husband, and her mother, she is survived by her son Ryan Tripodi and his wife Lorraine Tremonte of Fairfield, Conn.; her brother, Marc Samwick and his wife Cynthia Samwick of Scarsdale, N.Y.; her nephews, Jason, Oliver, and George Samwick, of Scarsdale, N.Y., Nick Tripodi of Sharon, Mass., and Matt and Alex Tripodi of Philadelphia, Penn.; her daughter-in-law Victoria Tremonte of Windham, Conn.; her step-brother, Andrew Samwick, of San Francisco, Calif. She was also predeceased by her grandparents, Leon and Rose Atkind.
