Julian (Jay) E. Stoppelman, 78, of Manchester, Conn, died March 23. He was the husband of Susan Kravetz Stoppelman. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Daniel Stoppelman of Boston, Mass., and Gary Stoppelman and his wife Mary Neu-Stoppelman of Dubuque, Iowa; his brother David Stoppelman of Shirley, Mass.; and several nieces and nephews He was a member of Beth Shalom-Beth Israel.
