Frances Rudnick Pelter, 103, of Stamford, died Oct. 10. She was the wife of Stanley Pelter. Raised in Albany, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Sam and Jennie Rudnick. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her adaughters, Robin Suplinskas and her husband Mark of Bristol, and Donna Graubard of Los Angeles, Calif.; her grandchildren, Steven Suplinskas of Worcester, Mass., Adam Suplinskas of Auburn, Me., Aviva Ostreicher of New City, N.Y., Tzvi Graubard of Los Angeles, Calif., and Levi Graubard  of Los Angeles; and four great-grandchildren. She was also predeceased by her brother Harry Rudnick of Stamford, and her son-in-law Eliahu Graubard.
