Julius (Julie) Raflowitz, 94, of West Haven, died July 7. He was the husband of Mary Kay. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was the son of the late Louis and Pauline Raflowitz. He was also predeceased by his sister Ann Koffer and her husband Simon, his brother Samuel Raflowitz and his wife Ruth, and his first wife Lois Flaks. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Michael Raflowitz and his wife Debi, Randi Scott and her husband James, and Debra Clark and her husband Thomas; his step-children Debi Melillo and her husband Tom, and Scott Blume and his partner Corrine; his grandchildren David (Crystal) Scott, Shauna (partner David) Scott, Elizabeth Raflowitz, Lauren (fiance Ben) Bressler, Connor Blume and Sophia Melillo;  his great-grandchildren, Benjamin and Abram Scott; and several brothers and sisters-in-law, and nieces and nephews.
